Great place and clean spacious rooms. Polite staff and they take your feedback seriously. Dining menu also offers a good selection. However, the quantity of some dishes is a lot, so request the hotel management to have 'half' plates aa an option.

When you book it online, staffs are ready with all details. I need not have to show your booking detail or any other document, they will just ask you for your name. Staffs are good. Services are prompt. Billing was quick. Excellent.

Booked through mmt but when reached the hotel they said rooms are sold out. Had to wait for 30 minutes in the reception. At the end came to know that the staff who was there in the day shift missed the mmt notification on booking. Overall it was not that pleasent.

1. Room and bathroom was neat and clean. 2. Chef at jalpaan restaurant customizes your food as per your requirements. 3. Hotel is opposite dhule railway station. 4. However, they didn't have any food options for people on fasting, which really disappointed my family. In breakfast, manager at restaurant even refused for fruits and sabudana khichdi. I don't know what kind of manager is he. Some responsible manager would have immediately arranged fruits, when hotel is opposite dhule railway station. 5. Bedding arrangement is also good.
